After being bumped to second place last week, Lauryn Hill's The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill reclaims the No. 1 spot on the Billboard album chart with sales of 168,000 copies, according to SoundScan. Marilyn Manson's Mechanical Animals, last week's leader, falls to No. 5 behind N'Sync at No. 2 and two debuts: KISS' Psycho Circus at No. 3 and dc Talk's Supernatural at No. 4. Keith Sweat's Still in the Game enters the chart at No. 6, followed in the 7-10 slots by the Beastie Boys, the Rush Hour soundtrack, Barenaked Ladies and Shania Twain. The Goo Goo Dolls' Dizzy Up the Girl premieres at No. 17 with sales of 65,000 copies.

HALL OF FAMERS: Fred Rogers, TV's favorite sweater-wearing kiddie show host, is moving on up -- to the TV Hall of Fame. The Mr. Rogers Neighborhood star is one of eight inductees named Wednesday by the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences. The others: Saturday Night Live creator Lorne Michaels, PBS newsmen Robert MacNeil and Jim Lehrer, writer Carl Reiner, network executives Fred Silverman and Ethel Winant, and producer Herb Bodkin.
